Meet the Team

It has been an honor for me to work with Fosters over the years. I have worked with them for a total of 24 years, both in skilled nursing, and residential care. I’m excited to be a part of opening a new community which includes assisted-living, memory care and independent living. If I could say one thing about working with the Fosters, although there are many good things to say, I would have to say how loyal they are to their employees. As an administrator, I appreciate that, and I strive to follow that same rule with my own team members. I am very thankful to work at Springhouse Village of Springfield East, and grateful for the trust our residents, families and team members put in us and the vast amount of knowledge that the Fosters share with us.

Romina has served in skilled, assisted living and memory care leadership. In the skilled industry, she served under the Director of Nursing for 6 years leading the care plan team to regulatory compliance before entering into the assisted living and memory care leadership role.

She has 5 years experience under Foster Senior Living as Director of Operations. Romina is known for being a champion with senior housing customer service and nursing clinical experience.

I started my journey with Foster Senior Living in January 2020 where I served as Human Resources support at our corporate office. This time provided me with some knowledge, understanding and experience that led me to now serve as the Business Office Manager at Springhouse Village. Whether it be assisting one of our residents (my favorites), a family member or fellow staff member, each day brings new opportunities to me and I am loving being a part of this wonderful organization .

I entered the health care industry 25 years ago and have truly enjoyed every minute of it. I love working with the senior population and have gained incredible wisdom from each patient and resident I have worked with through the years. I began as a hospital social worker where I transitioned through each department. I then moved to rehab and long-term care where I learned the true gift of building relationships with the residents. I am delighted to have the opportunity to continue to build these strong relationships with both residents and family members within the Springhouse Village Touch of Grace Memory Care Community.

At home, I enjoy spending time with my husband and 2 dogs while looking for opportunities to sneak into the lives of my two college-aged sons.

Debbie’s background includes several years’ experience in hospital administration and senior living, in both operations and marketing. She has served on many community Board’s and was awarded the “Above & Beyond” service award from the Rotary Club of LaGrange, GA.

Debbie has a passion for senior living and is proud to represent Foster Senior Living at Springhouse Village.

Kelly Miller brings years of food and beverage experience and knowledge to the leadership team at Springhouse Village East. Kelly has more than 30 years in the industry, her background spans from fast food, retail, catering, fine dining to her most treasured position she began 9 years ago, Dietary Manager.

Kelly has been recognized throughout her career for quality food excellence, presentation and her gift for service. Kelly’s passion for giving her customers a welcoming atmosphere is matched only by her love affair with quilting and chocolate.

Kelly is excited to be a part of the Springhouse Village East team as well as working for Foster Senior Living again. She looks forward to putting smiles in the bellies of everyone she is blessed to serve.

People are my passion! I have worked in the senior living industry for over 12 years, and I can’t imagine doing anything else. Each day that I can make someone smile is a day I count as a success.

When I’m not at work I’m usually reading, drinking coffee, talking to my houseplants, or spending time with my wonderful husband and our two dogs and five cats.

Life is a beautiful gift, and I’m so grateful I get to spend mine serving people. What a joy it is to work for such an amazing company for people I love- with people I love!

Veronica has been a nurse for 30 years and worked in health care for 36 years. Her passion has always been working with the elderly in Long Term Care, and she loves being able to make a difference.

Veronica started working for Springhouse Village in June of 2023.  She is grateful for her new adventure in the Assisted Living -Touch of Grace Memory Care setting.  For Veronica, it’s more than a workplace. They have become her second family.

When Veronica is not working, she loves spending time with her husband doing things together, from fishing to gardening and canning.  She loves crafting, crocheting, playing in the dirt, planting and caring for flowers.  She has 4 daughters, 4 bonus sons, 15 grandchildren, and 2 cats.

In her earlier years as an OTC instructor, she would always tell her students, “Be the change you want to see in the world.”

Keith Pierce has 45 years of maintenance experience, starting his career in a shopping mall in 1979.  He has worked in most types of commercial maintenance settings, but healthcare has always been his favorite.  He says that you can go home at the end of the day with a sense of accomplishment that you don’t get from other jobs.

Keith is glad to be a part of the Springhouse Village Team and to be able to utilize his 45 years of experience to help the residents of our community.
